Campo Road Corridor Revitalization Specific Plan

The County is dedicated to creating safe and vibrant communities that enhance the quality of life for all residents. By working closely with the community, the County develops visions for the future of areas in the unincorporated county. Clear steps are then outlined in long-term plans to make these visions a reality.

In January 2023, the County adopted a new vision for the Campo Road Corridor in the community of Casa de Oro. The vision is captured in the Campo Road Corridor Revitalization Specific Plan (Plan). The County is now transitioning to implementing the Plan and exploring how to achieve the steps outlined in the Plan. One step is finding ways to help finance improvements to enhance the safety and design of the corridor.

Community input was vital in developing the Specific Plan, and we want that to continue. Your feedback will inform the County's efforts to help the community create an improvement district.
