The Library! Where memories can be made!!

Some people will pass by the library building and they won’t feel any connection! That’s not what I experience when I pass by El Cajon branch library! It brings a lot of memories; perfect studying environment, quite rich resources, helpful friendly staff. It’s the only place that was available for me and many others to do our independent study program and prepare for board exams! A big thanks for everyone helping out to keep this facility running.

Three generations of library lovers

I immigrated to San Diego from Mexico at age 5, along with my brother and my parents. My mother decided to get her college degree (the first in her family) and start a new career here. I remember fondly spending time with her at so many different libraries throughout her time studying humanities. She instilled in me not only a love of books, but a love of libraries, including many San Diego County libraries. We Need The Library

We need our library to have a quiet place to enjoy reading books. We use our library for a social place to participate in activities. We like to print and make documents. We create circles for families with children come to enjoy and love. I like to just sit, and think or just enjoy the time. I like seeing new videos to watch and magazines. Thanks for the new libraries throughout the communities.
