Thank you to everyone who submitted a comment on the 2027 Legislative Program! The public comment period officially closed at 11:59pm on September 14, 2026. We received over 100 comments that will be considered as we draft the 2027 Legislative Program this fall. Soon, we'll publish a summary and analysis of the feedback we got from community members and local organizations. Last Tuesday, August 18, the Board of Supervisors directed EDGA to advocate for legislation related to Utility Affordability and Accountability. In 2026, we've now taken 26 formal state bill positions.
