Emergency Housing
Housing in a permanent or temporary structure(s), occupied during a declaration of state of emergency, local emergency, or shelter crisis.
Sleeping Cabin
A single unit used for temporary emergency housing which contains electricity, heating and cooling facilities but no bathroom or cooking facilities.
Case Management
Assessing, arranging, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of individualized services to meet the needs and goals of program participants. It includes assessment and evaluation of needs and developing a services and housing plan with a pathway to permanent housing; providing counseling; assisting with obtaining federal, State, and local benefits; monitoring participant progress; and providing information and referrals to other service and treatment providers.
Housing Navigation
Assisting participants with identifying housing options, resources, and services that prepare them to successfully engage landlords and meet requirements to obtain housing.
Safe Parking Facilities
A safe and legal parking place for people who are living in their vehicles to connect to resources through case management and housing navigation.
Safe RV Camping
A Safe Parking Facility specifically for individuals residing in recreational vehicles.
