September 2024 Update to the Board of Supervisors

In September 2024, staff submitted a Memorandum (Memo) to the Board of Supervisors (Board) with an update on the Framework, including Focus Areas, Goals, and Objectives. No action was needed from the Board, and staff will continue working with the Framework by moving into the next phase and creating Approaches & Mechanisms.
