Children's books without buying my own

My grandsons moved and live on the east coast now. I can borrow children's books from the library and then read to them over Marco Polo. I don't need to buy books to maintain this wonderful connection with them. As a senior, I don't want to add more books to my collection nor do I want to buy books that I may only read once to them. It's marvelous!

Also, for me as a Kindle reader, I use Libby constantly which saves me money and allows me to read 70 books a year. It's a fabulous service from the library.

The Library is where the Magic Begins

My kids go to the library since they were little…They have been building their imagination, creativity and the way of enjoying life in a simple and meaningful way because of the connection that they have with the library. Many events, magician shows, read a thon, face painting, classes, programs, resource or just the welcoming smile of a staff member. The Library is Not Like Home

There is a unique, fuzzy feeling of sensation it brings to me, personally, as soon as I am entering this one-of-a-kind place. I consider the library a special place to be. Whether it is from going to find a quiet space to do homework, finding information, studying, reading a new book just for fun, printing and making copies, the library cannot compare to a home or school environment.
