A dream come true

Honestly, I think about how much I appreciate libraries all the time. As a homeschooling parent, the library is our go to for the majority of our lesson plans! I love that there is something for everyone there. I love having the opportunity to find new books (movies & music too!) I wouldn’t otherwise know about. And there are so many wonderful programs offered, for all ages. My great grandma has slowed down a lot after the covid pandemic since she stopped going to the gym during that time. Now she looks forward to coming to the fun & fitness classes at Rancho SD library and it’s wonderful seeing her getting out, getting stronger and meeting new friends. I could go on forever about the joys the library brings to me and my family.

Our favorite place

Hi my name is Celeste, I have two kids ages 8 and 6. The library has been our favorite place to visit since my son was born. My husband and I started taking our kids since they were babies. The library is our favorite place to go. We go when we need a cool place in the summer, an outing when its raining. We go when we need a quiet place to do homework or a place to sing and dance when there are concerts. We have made crafts and played with puppies on weekday aftertoons to make our week…

Libraries are Needed

It is important for everyone to have free books available, in order to provide everyone with the opportunity to have access to information. All free and open societies require free access to all information and ideas and points of view.
