Boil Water Advisory Economic Impact Survey

Share how the California-American Water (Cal-Am) Boil Water Advisory has impacted your home, business, or organization. 

Survey data collected will be used to help local, state, and federal leaders understand the regional economic impacts of this issue and assist the County in seeking any available state and/or federal assistance on behalf of the region.  

The form is optional and informational only. Completing the survey form does not guarantee that you will be eligible or will receive assistance, and not a substitute for submitting a claim with California American Water Company (Cal-Am) or your insurance company. Cal-Am recommends that impacted customers file a claim by calling its Customer Service Center at (888) 237-1333 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
