Housing & Community Development Annual Plan Process

The County of San Diego, Housing and Community Development Services is gathering community input for the creation of the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan Strategy (Strategy). The Strategy will provide guidance for the County’s project selection and funding prioritization for our federal entitlement programs.  Entitlement funding is allocated to address the housing, infrastructure, community development and public service needs of the Unincorporated County and various participating cities. 

We invite residents, stakeholders, and community partners to take this brief online questionnaire (3-5 minutes) and share their insights, as we work to create healthy, safe, and thriving communities in San Diego County!

The County of San Diego is seeking community input! Over the next five years, the County will be investing millions of dollars to address regional needs in affordable housing and community development, including public amenities and services. Your input is vital in determining regional goals for the fiscal year 2025-29 Consolidated 5- Year Plan. Community input will assist in guiding the County’s investments to help create healthy, safe, and thriving communities in San Diego County!
