Speaking at a Board meeting will be easier than ever:

1. You’ll visit a website
2. Select the meeting date
3. Choose the agenda items you want to comment on
4. Tell us if you'll attend in person or call in
5. Receive confirmation and instructions by email
6. Get a reminder the day before the meeting

Staff from the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors will still be in the Board Chamber to help you sign up to speak. They can sign you up directly in the Chamber or by phone.
