Senior Housing and Assisted Living Facilities

The County is committed to expanding housing options that support the needs of older adults. Our goal is to build homes for seniors that are affordable, conveniently located, and allow them to live independently as they age. To help with this, the County is encouraging more housing in the Unincorporated areas.

As part of this effort, we are exploring new policies to support the development of senior housing and assisted living facilities. We want to hear from the community to better understand priorities, needs, and potential challenges. Your input will help guide decisions about future policies, programs, and incentives.
