Upcoming Engagement Events

The County invites you to participate in our upcoming Stakeholder Working Group meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 10 AM - 12 PM. 

The Stakeholder Working Group includes a diverse group of stakeholders that represent the environmental, agricultural, recreational, and development communities and meets to review and discuss components of the draft plan, serving as a sounding board for their respective interest groups.

During this virtual meeting, we will provide an overview of the approach taken to develop the Working Draft of the North County Plan: Technical Components of the Conservation Strategy and discuss the feedback received from the public and stakeholders. This document was available for public review for 45 days from April 22, 2024 – June 6, 2024. There will also be an opportunity for members of the public to provide a 2-minute public comment. We will also provide a look ahead at our schedule for completing the North County Plan.
