Preview phase goals
Among specific things we want to evaluate during this preview period:
Visual design approach
Our goal is to have a website that works well for all audiences: on all devices, with assistive technology, in other languages, with low bandwidth. And it should focus on residents' needs.
Our method is to reduce pages to their essentials. If you view the website on a desktop computer, it may seem spare. That's intentional. Most people visit our website on a phone. Many have only a phone. Less complexity means an equal experience for site visitors in diverse circumstances.
