Neurodivergence

    Refers to variations in the human brain regarding sociability, learning, attention, mood and other mental functions.

    Neurotypical

    Refers to people whose brain functions, behaviors and processing are considered usual or expected by society. 

    Neurodiversity

    Refers to the concept that differences in brain functioning within the human population are normal, and that brain functioning that is not “neurotypical” should not be stigmatized or excluded.
