AWARE Direct-to-Receiving Hospital Notification Pilot Feedback Survey

The San Diego County EMS Office is continuing to gather feedback as part of the EMS Delivery System Redesign Project. We invite EMS clinicians, ED and hospital personnel, and other key stakeholders to complete a brief survey on the countywide AWARE Direct-to-Receiving Hospital Notification Pilot, implemented on September 2.

As a reminder, this pilot includes all EMS agencies, base hospitals, and satellite hospitals, and also applies to EMS agencies performing BLS interfacility transports, whose personnel should provide direct notification to the receiving hospital.

Your participation in the survey will help ensure we capture diverse perspectives across the entire system before moving into the next phase of decision-making.
