Take a Survey

Instructions: County of San Diego Housing and Community Development Services (HCDS) is gathering public input to develop an Annual Plan Strategy required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to guide project selection and funding priorities included in our Annual Plan for HUD entitlement programs.

This survey will be open from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026. Your responses will help us better understand community priorities and help determine how certain federal funds (the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With HIV/AIDS (HOPWA) Programs) will be prioritized next year.

Language Access: You can view and complete this survey in your preferred language by using the “Select Language” translation tool located at the top of the web page. This tool will automatically translate the survey into the language you choose.

All questions are voluntary, and your answers should reflect your experience in your community. We do not collect any personal identifiable information. For questions, please contact: community.development@sdcounty.ca.gov. Estimated survey time: 5–10 minutes.
