DFA Public Workshop (Virtual)
We want to hear from you! The County of San Diego Planning & Development Services (PDS) invites you to attend a public virtual workshop to discuss the results and recommendations for the Development Feasibility Analysis (DFA) project. The workshop will offer the results of the study, recommendations, and next steps on this effort.
Please attend and help verify the results and recommendations that will be passed on to the Board to guide their decision. We look forward to your valuable insights and contributions at the workshop. See you there!

Board of Supervisors
Staff presented to the Board of Supervisors on to provide:
(1) An update on the Development Feasibility Analysis effort,
(2) A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with North County Transit District (NCTD),
(3) Specific timelines and anticipated cost estimates to complete the DFA in the communities, and
(4) Infrastructure Gap Analysis (IGA) maps of existing road, water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure, a progress report, and an update on the next phase of the analysis.
