County Administration Building - 1600 Pacific Coast Highway, San Diego, CA 92101

The 2027-2032 Capital Plan will be presented to the Board in Spring 2027. It will reflect public input received throughout the development process, along with information on the condition of existing facilities and details about the County’s operational needs.
