The 2026 Community Action Partnership (CAP) Community Needs Assessment Survey has closed on July 31.

Thank you for your participation!

In January 2027, the report of the findings and the draft service plan will be available for public review and feedback. We look forward to hearing from you.

  • The Community Needs Assessment Survey aims to identify the strengths and resource needs of the community.

  • Your responses are anonymous and will help CAP understand:

    • the conditions that affect low-income community members

    • the resources needed to address the unmet needs of the most vulnerable residents

    • what current services are helpful and what need improvement

    • the barriers to services and any gaps in services

    • ideas for future programs and services

  • The results will guide the CAP Community Action Plan, which will direct the resources where low-income residents need them most.
