We invite you to attend a virtual public webinar to provide feedback on the upcoming Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Zoning Ordinance Amendment project.

When: Thursday, November 20, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

During this webinar, County staff will:

  • Provide an overview of prior efforts related to BESS standards

  • Discuss potential standards to be included in the ordinance

  • Collect initial stakeholder feedback on potential Zoning Ordinance standards for locating, designing, and building BESS facilities.
